The Hyderabad Golf club is an 18 hole golf course located in a historic setting in and around Golconda Fort, with water bodies and fast greens along with training facilities such as a Golf Academy, Driving Range, and a club house.

The east point golf club was started around 1884 at a different location – along the beach & adjacent to the east point. Subsequently in 1964 the Golf course was relocated to the present location and started with a 9 hole course and extended to a full 18 hole course.
